These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between jate9 ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jate9 website, mobile platform, or any associated services. By accessing jate9 in any capacity, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by it.

jate9 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the jate9 website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of jate9 following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction from which the Platform operates. Where a specific clause conflicts with any applicable law in your jurisdiction, that clause shall be severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in full force.

The English-language version of these Terms & Conditions is the authoritative and controlling version. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Access to and use of jate9 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account on jate9, you declare and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. jate9 operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use jate9:

• You are a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You are accessing jate9 of your own free will for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not accessing jate9 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party, and the funds used for deposits are legitimately yours.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from jate9 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of jate9 or any of its affiliated companies.

jate9 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Such documentation may include a national identity card, passport, or any other government-issued identification. Where a Player fails to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe, jate9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each Player is permitted to hold one single account on jate9. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, you must contact jate9 support immediately at [email protected].

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. jate9 may request verification of this information at any time as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. jate9 strongly recommends that all Players enable SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) from their account settings. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not reused from other online services.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jate9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jate9 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials remain compromised and unreported is your responsibility.

jate9 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. jate9 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which jate9 bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your jate9 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited instantly. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 24 hours to process in certain circumstances. jate9 does not guarantee specific processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking intermediaries.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be approved.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for a deposit on the same account ("same-source rule").
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• jate9 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad. Actual times may vary depending on network conditions and verification requirements.
• jate9 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and fraud verification checks before approving any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Only the cash balance portion of your account balance is withdrawable at any given time.

All funds deposited on jate9 must be derived from legitimate sources. jate9 operates a strict anti-money laundering (AML) policy and reserves the right to report suspicious transaction activity to relevant authorities. Any account suspected of involvement in money laundering, payment fraud, or related financial crime will be suspended immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.

jate9 offers bonuses, free bets, promotional credits, cashback offers, and other incentives ("Bonuses") to eligible Players from time to time. Each Bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of a conflict between a promotion-specific term and this Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall apply to that Bonus only.

The following general Bonus terms apply to all promotions on jate9 unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• One Bonus per Player: Each Player is entitled to claim each specific Bonus only once. Attempting to claim the same Bonus multiple times — including through the creation of duplicate accounts — constitutes Bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from Bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the Bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager thirty times the Bonus value).
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Expiry: All Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated in their specific terms. Unmet wagering requirements at the time of expiry will result in forfeiture of the Bonus balance and any associated winnings.
• Discretionary Withdrawal: jate9 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time and without prior notice, at its sole discretion.

jate9 specifically prohibits Bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements without genuine recreational gaming intent, coordinated Bonus exploitation between multiple accounts, and the use of automated software or bots to generate wagering activity. Accounts found engaging in Bonus abuse will have their Bonus balances voided and may be permanently banned from jate9.

As a condition of your continued access to jate9, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with this Agreement and all applicable laws. You must not engage in any conduct that is harmful, illegal, or disruptive to other Players or to the integrity of the jate9 platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jate9:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI tools, or any other non-human means to interact with the jate9 platform, including for the purposes of betting, account management, or data extraction.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or gain an unfair advantage in any game mode.
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider in bad faith.
• Posting, transmitting, or sharing offensive, defamatory, abusive, or unlawful content through any jate9 communication channel, including live chat and support tickets.
• Attempting to access areas of the jate9 system that are not intended for general Player access, including any administrative or backend systems.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or technical error for financial gain. Any winnings generated through known or suspected exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reversed.

jate9 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of violating these obligations and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

jate9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity involving the account.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring the account to be closed.
• Detection of underage gambling — the account holder has been found to be under 18 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement or fraudulent activity, jate9 reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance, including any cash balance and Bonus balance, pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any remaining cash balance (net of Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting jate9 support at [email protected]. Players who are concerned about their gambling habits are encouraged to explore the self-exclusion options available on the Responsible Gaming page before requesting permanent closure.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jate9 and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the jate9 platform or any of its services.
• Any technical failure, outage, or interruption to the jate9 platform, including during live games or live betting events.
• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made in reliance on information published on jate9, including but not limited to odds, game outcomes, promotional terms, or statistical data.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, or Mastercard.
• Any losses incurred as a result of gambling activity. All gaming on jate9 carries inherent financial risk, and you acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited.

Nothing in this clause shall limit jate9's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. jate9's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with this Agreement shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jate9 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game results displayed on the interface, or the suitability of any game for any particular purpose. All services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
